Enjoyed my wonderful stay for a business trip. I was upgraded to an adequate family room with double beds. Some of the staff members were helpful and incredibly attentive. Good choice of meals for breakfast, it was exceptionally good😀

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a seating area, a writing table and an iron with ironing board.

The staff was accommodating and proactive in ensuring our needs were met.

Unfortunately, I was frustrated with the breakfast situation . The area was cramped and there was a clear lack of seating. Not to mention, I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways that seriously detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. This could have been a much more enjoyable experience if these issues were addressed.

Staff returned lost cash promptly.

We loved the cute reception with complimentary snacks, made us feel right at home.

The absence of queen-sized beds was quite disappointing, as the double beds felt cramped for our family.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff is genuinely kind and attentive. Enjoyed tasty, diverse breakfast options and warm cute snacks upon arrival. Location is conveniently close to essential services, increasing the appeal for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!
